Really? When Harry and Ron are walking along the corridor and they open up a tapestry and suddenly beneath it they find Ginny and Dean snogging. Then Ron loses it and Ginny pwns him and meanwhile the monster in Harry's stomach goes crazy.

The expressions are just perfect! I love Dean on your drawing.

And... the milkman is Colin Creeveys father... except, Dean's stepfather is a milkman too. But his real father is a wizard who was murdered because he had refused to become a Death Eater. He had left his family without explanation to keep them save and Dean got raised by a muggle stepfather.

That's right! Thanks for the correction. Yeah I read that bits of JKR's original draft of Philospher was scratched, especially the characters' background stories, because it was a bit too gloomy or morbid for the beginning of a series. Dean's seemed to hit me rather hard. I dunno, since book 6, all the families are falling apart. it's terrifying... like Susan Bones. (technically, since Susan Bones was played by Chris Columbus' daughter, that makes the ex-directer dead)

But I love this dark undertone: That's what war is like... there isn't something like glorious battles! (IMO, Weasley's are next... at least, if I were Voldemort, I'd knew exactly what to do at Bill and Fleurs wedding!)

I don't understand your last comment, tough. I knew that Susan Bones was played by Chris Columbus' daughter, but why does that make him dead?

well didn't the Bones' family get zapped by Voldy's forces in book 6? which would mean the Columbus family... ya I was being stupid. excuse that one plebe. :/
